Trying to rent or buy in the Pope Valley area and this woman won’t even help me. I ask for a viewing and she says she is available 5 days later to show it. One home has been sitting empty for over 2 months and she won’t show it to me. I will find another agent to find a home.

Not only did Kat help us find the perfect first home, she also helped us all the way through the home buying process. Any time I had a question, she was there. I wouldn’t recommend any one else, but Kat! She helped make buying our first home, easy!
We had a beautiful experience buying our first home with Kat. She understood our needs very well as well as the market in our area. Even if the market was very competitive, she helped us make offers that were in our budget but still competitive. I particularly liked that for each house we wanted to make an offer on, she would go to this house to check it out even if we couldn’t be there. She was almost always available!
Kat did an amazing job for us. She is SO knowledgeable and so tuned in, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had. In negotiating two contracts (one which we pulled out of due to the home inspection showing a major problem with the foundation), her understanding of the legalities was critical. But more important was her understanding of our personal needs and preferences in finding the home we did buy and love. There were a lot of choices and she found a perfect fit without us looking at a lot of properties that we wouldn’t even consider. Another strength she brought to the purchase was that she recommended superb people for various tasks that we needed to complete both before the purchase (such as the inspector) and after (various service companies). We couldn’t have asked for, or even imagined, a better realtor.
